Very beautiful apartment with fantastic sea view

Great place , amazing view from the balcony , 10 minutes walks to the centre of Cavtat with great promenade and good restaurants. Highly recommend 👌

The apartment we had consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a little balcony. The size of the apartment is fine for two persons. The sea view from the small balcony is really nice. Only 1 km walk from Cavtat centre and from the beaches and restaurant. The bed was comfortable, everything looked refurbished in the bedroom. The washing machine in the bathroom was brand new and was good to be abale to wash the swimmsuits and beach towels, t-shirts, etc. Easy access to Dubrovnik with Bus No. 10 that operates every 30 minutes, the nearest bus stop is 500 m. (The parking in Dubrovnik is a nightmare and expensive, better to take the bus.) Overall it was a nice stay at reasonable price!

The towels were not changed during a 6-night stay. I am not expecting the towels changed every day but maybe once in the middle of the week would have been nice. The kitchenware in the kitchen were not very clean, we used our own mugs. Sometimes there was a slight drain smell from the bathroom.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking - made for a great way to start and end each day. Other than this the apartment was okay - pretty spacious and well kept, if old. Overall - good value for the price paid.

The breathtaking view comes at a steep (literally!) price - the apartment is not far away from the city centre, but parts of the road are very, very steep. Steep to the point that when you think about climbing back up - you don't really want to go down to the centre. Pretty much all the furniture and items in the apartment were pretty old and showing their age. On top of everything the owners agreed to give us a lift to the airport on our last day and then didn't show up - no warning, no explanation, which ended up being pretty stressful.

The appartment was very nice, we really liked the view and the sunset :) The location was okay (shop at the end of the street) it's a nice hilly part of the country so everybody lives on the hill (after three days it wasn't that difficult to climb it :)) it's around 15 min to the centre and from there you have many beaches. There is one beach closer, you don't have to go to the centre, it's on the way to Hotel Croatia (there are stairs that lead right to the beach).

Matress, I would remplace them for new, more firm ones. We had to put sun umbrella on the balcony when we wanted to sit there in the morning, because there was no shade and the sun shines there all day (and that is a good thing of course). We left the sun umbrella there for others.
