The alternative appartement was very clean , modern and with a nice view from the balcony even though was a very small studio

I agreed with the owner to have an early check-in at 10 am , l was trying to reach her several times but no answer which made my day very difficult, finally after around 2h of trying she called back mentioning that she completely forgot about the booking , that made me very angry however she offered another accommodation close to this one but was smaller then this one , l took it as l had no choice and the lady was nice and she promised to be more generous on my next booking,. I advise to check with the owner first before confirming the booking.
