Flow Apartments Astoria

The host forced us to pay 25€ for towels and bedding for one night. With this extra cost the room was an absolute bad deal: - the room is in an old but not very well kept hotel, it is kind of creepy - the bed is super uncomfortable - the shades did not work which did not make the night any more peaceful - the room is super small - the towels, that we paid 25€ for, smelled old

Location suited us!

Not that clean, bedroom and bathroom. A dirty sheet found in cupboard with clean ones. The means of gaining entry into the property was beyond believable! It was totally unnecessarily complicated, and made more so by the poor weather, and having to pay for sheets vis credit card, etc on arrival!! Also the fact that sheets, parking were a considerable extra was not made clear at the point of booking, particularly as the booking was paid for immediately! A poor show alround!

quite nice design, new furniture and conveniences, balcony with good view, 2 min to bus station going to merano 2000, 10 min to the city Center of Merano.

1. the owner was not polite, he tries to make money on every possibility, for example bed linen and towels costs extra money(it is obvious that travelers who go to ski usually don’t have it), when I asked about an opportunity to leave our things until the afternoon he told that it is possible with late check-in(which costs 25€) 2. two cockroaches per 4 nights of booking. 3. there were not all facilities mentioned in the apartment description, for instance WI-FI did not work, there was not solt.

The apartment was clean and kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Location is good, short walk away from the lovely center.

Upon arrival we were asked to pay an additional 40 euros for cleaning and parking before receiving the key code, which was not mentioned. The apartment does not have any proper curtains, no bed light or plugs close to the (somewhat uncomfortable) bed. The apartment is located in a residence flat.

The building seems a bit creepy, the bed was broken, had to pay extra for towels/bed linen/parking. Location a bit outside of the city

Beautiful property, host was very helpful, allowed late check-out, and great location walkable to basically everything in Merano. Would stay at this property again

Should disclose that parking, tourist tax and bed linens are additional cost on top of the regular rate.
