Hotel Touristan Bishkek

The reception staff were very polite and helped me with any request I had. It was a real pleasure to communicate with them.

The level of cleaning was terrible. First of all, the cleaner brought her child into the room. This was done without any warning or permission. During my 20-day stay, the floor in the room was never vacuumed. The dishes in the room were dirty and never washed. Moreover, the towels were only changed when I specifically asked for it.

Wir kamen im Hotel an und man sagte uns, wir sollen in anderen Hotels schlafen. Man wies uns tageweise Hotels zu (Hotelhopping) und auch jeder in einem anderen Hotel. Nach Ankunft in dem zugewiesenen Hotel verlangte man ca. 1/3 mehr Geld. Wir waren mehr als sauer. Das hat uns ca. einen Urlaubstag gekostet. Nie wieder Hotel Touristan!

The room was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Location was a walking distance from the main street and there were many services near the hotel.

The breakfast could have had juice or water for drink, but it only had tea and coffee. Otherwise very good.

Wonderfull bfast and very good taste.. love it

Wonderful stay, good location, easy access, good staff. There is possibility to get transfer to airport and rooms are clean and beautiful.

There is nothing what I did not like :)

Puhtus, suurus, vannituba/wc, hommikusöök, administraatorid.
