Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Breakfast area was all dirty and the buffet was a real mess. Not a pleasant experience at all. I would not stay again.

Location and facility information

My first room did not have any functioning lights on one half of the room. The first time I called , they said they would send maintenance. They didn’t. When I calked 30 Minutes later, after I had unlined sine things, they said that they instead would. change my room. I asked for ice and a fork and knife, which the concierge said room service would deliver. After waiting over minutes, I called again. It took 19 more minutes to get it I was in the hotel turns total stay or-3 hours so having two serious issues was not reasonable.

Quiet room

The "free shuttle bus" to the airport is not free, it costs 7 pounds. Also, it only leaves once an hour which is inconvenient. The restaurant is overpriced, served my water in a dirty glass. Yuck.

Easy to find , large room, a little tired but well maintained and clean

Our flight was cancelled and Sheraton staff were able to keep our room for another night so we didn't have to move rooms/hotels. It was much appreciated after a long road journey down to London. The facilities were immaculate and food in the restaurant was great

The room was spacious, temperature was great. Slept well, soundproof as stated. would come back again

The only downfall was the showerhead. It was faulty, spraying everywhere. it didn't matter which way you tried to fix the shower head it had left the bathroom floor too, wet
