Kings River Reflections

We loved our stay here! Teresa and Tim were absolutely wonderful hosts. The house and location were fantastic, we wish we could have stayed longer. We ended up staying around past 1300 in the afternoon just chatting and enjoying their company. We loved the homemade breakfast in the morning and conversations. The yard was beautiful with the river and tree swing, and they even had a couple tubes that you could take and float down the creek across the street. The House was large and spacious, with comfy beds and personal bathrooms/showers. It was our first time staying at a B&B, and it definitely opened us up to the idea and set the bar really high for any future stays at a bed and breakfast. Teresa gave us dinner ideas and Trade Winds down in Reedly was fantastic and fun. This was one of our best and favorite stays that we've ever had and are absolutely looking forward to coming back and enjoying time with Tim and Teresa! They are wonderful hosts and people. 10 out of 10 experience amd would highly recommend!

Selfishly, I would say that I didn't like staying just the one night lol. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay and wish we had stayed another night to have more time for games and conversations. I wish there was a fire pit or area like that, or maybe some more outdoor/yard games so we could enjoy more of the beautiful, huge yard and ambiance around the river.

Tout est absolument parfait. L'accueil par Theresa est super. Elle est gentille et explique tout ce qu'il faut savoir. On a accès a la grande majorité des lieux avec billards, cuisine partagée gigantesque, jardin magnifique avec vue sur la rivière et une balançoire que même les adultes essaient tellement c'est magique. La chambre est spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Le lit est super confortable. Une télé dans la chambre, du wifi... et bonus, le petit déjeuner. Nous l'avons eu a emporter car nous devions prendre la route mais sinon sur place a partager avec les hôtes. Bonus supplémentaire, Tim, le mari, nous a préparer des cookies maison pour notre arrivée. Un lieu que nous n'avons pas envie de quitter. Un lieu où nous reviendrons c'est certain. C'est juste un endroit magnifique ! Merci à Theresa et Tim pour leur hospitalité.

Beautiful riverside property. Tim and Teresa were welcoming but not intrusive. Wonderful breakfast with the feel of home.

There are so many wonderful things to say! We booked our stay for a short visit, but after experiencing this amazing place, we are already hoping to return with family members who will be visiting from another state. Teresa is an exceptional host. Her hospitality is warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. The house is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a beautiful, peaceful backyard. We especially loved the charming swing that people of all ages can enjoy and the lovely flowing river nearby, which adds to the serene atmosphere. If you want to experience genuine American hospitality in a homely setting, this is the perfect place. Teresa prepares delicious, healthy breakfasts and will even pack them for you if you're in a hurry to start your day. This is the ideal place to stay if you prefer a non-commercial, home-like experience while visiting the nearby national parks. Now for the one downside: you may plan to stay for only two days, but your spouse and children will want to stay longer and longer! You might even find yourself attending online meetings instead of going out because everyone loves the place so much. Thank you, Teresa, for making our stay so memorable. Teresa and Tim were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was outstanding and they went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Their home is beautiful, the setting is picturesque, and they are very friendly.

The owners are very kind and take their job seriously. They have an unbelievable home that sits on the Kings River. Huge back yard to hang out on chairs, swing from the tree (a must), and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Even a deck up top to enjoy a sunset. The rooms are all themed; we stayed in Seaside. The African safari looked awesome. The owner knew our names and referred to us by name the entire time. They care. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for 8 am breakfast (don't make our mistake; plan to stay for breakfast), but she gave us some bagels with really good cream to go. We will definitely return!

Everything was fantastic.

Excellent breakfast, made with fresh ingredients with care! Great location on the River, with comfortable porch sitting to enjoy. Room is very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. A lot of thought went into guest rooms and comfort.
