Water in fridge was nice

Photos did not look like the property at all, in a dodgy area with police tape and smashed windows into forecourt, room had no form of ventilation or aircon despite 35 degree heat we dealt with, had to book other accommodation as we couldn’t stay here at all. Have tried to contact and deal with the host regarding a refund as we felt physically unsafe in this apartment, but they have stopped responding. Would not rate this apartment to anyone.

It’s clean. The apartment is small but cozy and well-equipped. The location is close to bus stop and tram stop. The staff is responsive, friendly, and supportive. The wifi worked well.

Since the apartment is small air ventilation is not so good. You may feel hotter staying inside the apartment during summer. My boyfriend wished there had been a coffee machine.
