Batumi seaside Magnolia

Das Apartment hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Aussicht sind unglaublich und unvergesslich. Das Apartment ist relativ groß. Eine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine sind immer praktisch. Fotos 100% korrekt und aktuell

Man muss einfach auf das vorbereitet sein, was einen erwartet. Das Haus ist nicht im besten Zustand und bei diesem Preis muss man die Augen vor einigen Kleinigkeiten zudrücken.

🌊 Perfect Stay at Batumi Seaside Magnolia – 10/10! 🌇✨ Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is unbeatable – right across from the beach 🏖️ and just a 10–15 minute walk to the Batumi Boulevard, a nearby mall 🛍️, and tons of amazing cafes and restaurants ☕🍽️. Super convenient for exploring the city and soaking in the seaside vibes. 🙌 Huge shoutout to Nino, the host – she speaks fluent English and was incredibly kind and helpful 💬😊. She shared great recommendations and made everything super smooth from start to finish. 🏠 The apartment was clean, comfortable, and honestly a great deal for the price 💸👏. You get a spacious place with an absolutely breathtaking view from the balcony 🌅📸 (all my favorite photos were taken right there!). 🛒 Just a quick note – the minimarket and hair salon are nearby, not inside or right next to the building, but still an easy walk away. For the location, view, and price, this place is a total win. Excellent value, amazing atmosphere, and a fantastic host 💙🇬🇪 ✅ 10/10 – fully recommend and would stay again without hesitation!

The weather during my trip wasn’t exactly ideal – not the worst, but definitely not the best either 😅. That’s Batumi though – the weather can flip fast, so make sure to check the forecast when planning your trip 🌧️🌤️. Still totally worth it!

Hardly any hot water in the shower and it was blocked. Very simple apartment.

The view of the skyline from the appartment is one of the best from all accomodations in Batumi. It's worth it. Good location. Clean, spacious. Wifi is ok. The bed is good. Friendly and responsive host. (whatsapp)

Indeed the poor waterpressure. (but we knew that in advance from previous reviews) The hosts cannot fix this due the dramatic construction of the entire building. I would say,enjoy the view and wash your hair later.

Water pressure is too low because of the last floor. So if you have a thick long hair would be uncomfortable to wash

One of the best locations in Batumi on the first line, right next to the boulevard with amazing breathtaking view (photos of view from apartment's balcony are attached). Comfortable beds, nice bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, big comfortable common room with kitchen and big balcony. Very attentive, easy to contact and communicate with and responsive host. Door safe available on the ground floor with additional keys that makes check-in easy even during the night time.

Some kitchen appliances, such as good cutting knives, cutting board and nice pots would made this place absolutely exceptional

This one bedroom apartment is very spacious, living room and bedroom look like they were recently renovated, beds are very comfortable and the view is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect. Nino (the owner) lives less than 20 minutes away. She is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The big balcony furnished with chairs and a table is a perfect setting for a nice evening with a breath taking view of city lights or breakfast overseeing the lake with a dancing fountain and the Black Sea. Boulevard is right next to the building so you can venture out straight after arrival. Plenty of parking in front of the building and WiFi was great.
