That you could hear everything from your neighbour. The deciding wall must be extremely thin.

It was small and cozy. Perfect for a couple in love. We walked to the beach and drank champagne on the deck. We swam twice a day and loved the peaceful environment. We went out of season, so there weren't a lot of people around. There is a little tuck shop, but Plettenberg Bay is just around the corner.It was clean and lovely.
