"Beautiful family run riad in the mountains - a home away from home"

Staying at Riad Berbere has been a highlight of my trip. The house is absolutely beautiful - bright, colourful and full of life. The family who run it are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast and dinners are delicious and on top of all of that it's incredibly economical - even less expensive then some hostels I've stayed in. Plus additionally the surroundings are stunning - hiking and walking here is a real treat. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

"Authentic living in the middle of a berber village. Need some renovation though it is getting old"

Fantastic location in the middle of the village where you can enjoy the daily life! Nice owner and dinner.

We had a big difficulty with a key that could not open the door - when all our things was in the room. A bit annoying. After some hours we succeeded in opening it again, but did not dare to lock during sleep - if we would be locked in. A bad smell from the bathroom.
