"Es war eine angenhme Ferienwoche im Azure Retreat Apartment."

Die Lage der Wohnung war recht gut.

Leider gab es einen Zwischenfall (Verstopfte Toilette) in einem Badezimmer, so dass diese Toilette nicht mehr benutzt werden konnte.

"Disappointing, appalling host."

Clean & tidy. Good location.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the owner of the property. My husband & I visited Camogli for our honeymoon, very sadly I left a very sentimental blazer jacket hung up in the wardrobe, it was the jacket I got married in. I informed the owner I would cover all postage fees for him to send it back to me in the UK. After initially informing me he was out of the country and will send it back to me a month has passed by. The owner has ignored multiple messages from me & booking.com have also tried to contact numerous times. The owner has now chosen to completely ignore me, not help reunite me with a sentimental item of clothing. Disgusting behaviour from a host & this should not be allowed. Booking.com need to ensure that this is followed up. If anyone is due to stay & is from the UK please could you help reunite me with my jacket I would be forever thankful. My email address is sama_23@msn.com Booking.com this behaviour should be noted & the owner should have a duty of care to return personal belongings. If anyone can help me I would be truly grateful.
