The hosts, Isabelle and Paulo do a wonderful job of running the guest house and are very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent as it's a short ride away from the grocery store Aldi, and also the beach. The neighbourhood is also great to walk around and admire the houses. The rooms are really spacious too with comfortable beds.

First of all, great hosts. Feels like home speaking of warmth & acceptance! I had a chance to get morning coffee from a host. It was fun having morning conversations :) Chill, laid back, "tranquilo". Location is also great. Ocean is minutes away on foot (20-30 mins) & you are getting a wide open beach all the way. Not as touristy place, lots of nature, nice calming views. Had great walking and hiking experience. Very local town near ocean where you get local food, oh mouthwatering sardenia or robalo fish. Trully local experience. Expecting after 10-20 years this area will become a tourist destination, but now a great escape if there is a wish to have a balance: nature, ocean, local bars, markets, easily reachable by public transport & on side great hosts - very nice experience + great recommendation once we got to Lisbon for Fado experience.

The owners are just incredibly welcoming, big hearted and their mind is wide open. The property sits in a very calm environment ,the best solution to disconnect from the hell running lifes we all have now.30 minutes away from Lisbon center and close to the Ocean. If you go there, forget your watch, and be prepare to meet 2 true humans beiings with beautiful minds I rarely saw Plus, the paulo's breakfasts are unreals, using only fresh, home growth ingredients. Thank you to you both Isabelle and Paolo for this wonderful moment out of time.

It was our second stay at this property and we'll happily return in the future. the hospitality of the host was amazing, as well as the breakfast prepared by the chef Paulo. The area is super nice; quiet and relaxing. You do need a car though for transportation.

The owners are super nice people; the breakfast was really good! Good value for money for this time of the year in Lisbon. Good location if you'd like to explore the Setubal peninsula. No problem with parking. Peaceful and calm location.

The pillow was a bit too high for me; bathroom is shared with other guests (one bathroom but two toilets, which is still not so bad).

Paulo and Isabelle are very nice hosts. Incredible service oriented and do everything they can to make you comfortabel. Their selfmade breakfast was fantastic and Paulo even let me use his surf wetsuit which made my surf weekend unforgettable.

I didn’t expect much when booking, as I was simply looking for a place close to the Aroeira Golf Course — but what a pleasant surprise! The accommodation is simple and not ultra-modern, with the bathroom and toilet located just outside the room, yet everything is spotlessly clean and functional. What truly makes this place special are the owners, a lovely Portuguese-Swiss couple who go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The breakfast is excellent — more of a feast than a meal — and as an added bonus, Isabelle is a certified life coach offering wonderful relaxation massages. A real hidden gem and a place I’d gladly return to.
