Mountain flower cottage

The accommodation is private, quiet and has a beautiful view. You can park your car conveniently and the equipment provided by the owner is very good.

Great place just for your group with a nice view over Mount Kazbek. It is fully equipped and warm.

The driveway to the cottage is very narrow and might be improved.

Views, clean place, slippers for each person, kitchen utensils, host, barbecue utensils, speaker, fancy lights

Car entrance is tight but manageable Audibility between rooms/floors

Great view from the property, It’s spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Many entertaining activities are available along with a bonfire option. Owner is very kind and cooperative. 3 supermarkets are in walking distance.

WiFi is a little slow.

The cottage is well located, a bit further away from the center with great views outside. It is well equipped and was easy to find.

There are some other construction sites close to the cottage that are not mentioned in the pictures.

Very beautiful views from rooms, super kind and attentive owner, he was always in contact with us, helped with any questions we had. Very calm and peaceful location. It has everything you need for comfortable stay, including towels, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. Owner even has bought for our kid the potty few days before arrival and gave it to us as a gift after our stay as we needed for our next few days in Tbilisi.

Some parts of property are still under construction, but it did not bother us.
