Where do I start? We decided to come back to the apartment to check in and stay in for the evening. On first appearance the apartment was okay. However, on closer inspection there were damp patches in both bedrooms. The window seal was broken in the bathroom. The kitchen was a disaster area. The fridge was dirty. There was no crockery or cutting implements for any food that we wanted to make. The cooker was absolutely disgusting. I have pictures. Dirty pants had been left in the dirty cooker. There were no cleaning implements, just a bottle of cheap washing up liquid and some blue paper towel. We were asked to keep the place tidy but how are we supposed to do this if there's nothing to clean with? The beds that my mother slept on had stains on the duvet cover. In addition, we will left hand towels to have a shower with and the water in the toilet did not flush properly. All in all a very disappointing stay.

SAInstruction to collect the key on arrival was not clear. As didn't mention that after entering the code manually, have to COLLECT the key (placed inside this box). Instruction to self-check-in shall be re-written by adding pictures.

The apartment wasn't clean at all balloons in the couch no hot water dirty floors tables nothing was clean condom packets under the couch would not recommend it at all!!! Disgusting
GBHad a really good stay. I was looking for an apartment and this delivered perfectly. Was a bit apprehensive cause of some reviews, but honestly don't think they were true. It's not a 5 star hotel, it doesn't claim to be a 5 star hotel. It's just an apartment. What more do you expect.
GBWas looking for a place for my family to stay for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfect. Self controlled air conditioning, kitchen, living room, shower, bedroom, and parking. Ideal for a long stay.
To be honest it was my own fault the stay wasn't better. It's not a luxury hotel, but a nice modern apartment. They have facilities that you can use, but it's best to take your own cutlery and pots and pans and stuff if you want to make the most out of it. They message it in the confirmation also, but I missed it so had to pick us some extra stuff from the shops.
GBI think the bed comfort was about the only highlight of our stay.
Cleanliness was shocking. We had to clean plates and cutlery before using them, the bathroom was unclean with various stains etc in the living room. A lot of things were rusty due to the apartment not being appropriately heated as it was freezing on arrival.
