Slieve Apartment Suites

The whole experience with this booking was awful. I had to ask for the apartment lock box code twice later in the evening before I was given these. When we eventually entered the building we were met with exceptionally loud tenants in other apartments and a really sour smell. As soon as we entered our apartment we were met with the sight of mould up the walls and dirt on the bathroom floor/ up the walls. The place did not resemble the photos at all and the bed was a bunk bed! This is not in any of the pictures shown as options. Although the linens were clean, the bed was hard and the vent blowing in the room meant we both felt congested with a sore throat the next day. There was even some random persons coat and bag hung on the door!! Overall a terrible experience.

Apartment was very clean and nice. We had a great stay. Owners were very helpful when entering the location.

Lovely modern apartment in quiet location, not far to city centre, shops and busses nearby. Had towels and loo roll missing, but host was prompt ro resolve issue

Rubbish all over the car park on arrival, toilet seat broken, could do with more crockery in the kitchen. No bowls for cereal

Apartment was clean and comfortable.Light and fresh. In a quiet area . Nice decor . Bathroom clean and spacious. Felt secure.

The kitchen has very minimal equipment which wasnt a major issue as we only stayed 2 nights however there were no bowls/dishes only dinner plates. No hairdryer. Toilet seat is loose. The hallway ,bathroom and kitchen lighting work on a sensor but its no possible to switch them off.They must have gone off eventuslly overnight but as you walk into hallway to use bathroom all three lights come on very bright . Small green lights in bedroom ceiling (not sure of purpose ) made room lighter than Id like overnight.

Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Very quiet area, good sound-proofing (shut out sound of loud child in flat below). Towels, shampoos etc provided as well as tea & coffee. I was in a bigger apartment than the one I booked, on first floor with windows overlooking back garden, a kitchen, and lots of space. Location suited my needs well, in quiet, residential street but not far from main roads. It shows that hosts have made an effort to make apartment comfortable. Wifi worked well and password was sent with lock box code. Shower was good. It was good value. Good to have off-road parking space. Felt secure.

An error meant that I didn't get the code for the lock box before I arrived, but the hosts responded quickly when I phoned on arrival. The overflowing bins in the front drive were a bit off-putting on arrival, but once inside, everything was fine. There were mugs, plates and glasses. I would have liked a bowl for cereal, soup, or noodles, but I didn't find one (not a problem, just a suggested improvement).

Lack of towels cereal bowls, toilet paper, corkscrew, Walls were at angle. Banged my head several times, not for tall people. Beds were basic.
