The staff were great and the rooms were spacious and very clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel which has good food as well.

"Stay OK for groups not for Elders"

Ambience is good. General staff service is good.

They do not provide any room service even for senior citizens as a general rule. . Such policies are not given in booking site as important policy. Though their policy available in their website shows availability of room service dining at an extra fee, it is not honoured by the Property. AC though shows temperature at 18 degree centigrade ,the actual experienced felt as around 27 to 28 degree . Location may be a problem for those not having on conveyance because it is 11 kms away from Thiruvalla the nearest main centre .
