Ballywalter Beach House

Outstanding communication from outset Incredibly well equipped, clean, tidy, warm, handy parking, convenient to shop and other amenities, perfect for family. All round great base for the peninsula and host was great.

The location of this wee gem of a Northern Irish house is perfect for sea-view lovers. Within walking distance of everything Ballywalter has to offer. The house was lovely and clean; warm, with detailed instructions about how everything worked. Lovely modern kitchen diner with all the right stuff! Host Julie Ann was very communicative and helpful throughout. Having this place within a short distance of my Mum made her 80th Birthday Party a breeze! Thank you!

The mattress in my room was a little soft and springy for my tastes but I guess you cannot please everyone! It was still clean, warm and comfortable. It is not a negative, just personal preference and to help people know what the beds are like!

A very well equipped house. Good parking outside the front door and excellent wifi. Very close to the beach and a short drive to many local attractions. The friendly host made our stay very comfortable.

The toilet didn't had a lock. Something to look into.

I have stayed in plenty of self catering accommodation with my family over the years but honestly, I have never felt as welcomed as I did by the host. She couldn't have done more. The house has everything you need and more. You can see the sea and just walk across the road to the immaculate beach. Lovely little town. We will certainly return and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The location was fabulous across the road from the beach, the house was fully equiped with everything we needed to cook. The beds really comfy, house was spotlessly clean

A proximity light on the front door would help as it was difficult operating the key lock in the dark - ditto for opening the front door generally in the dark (which starts early in Winter)
