Spa facilities weren't available. To our surprise they need to be booked in advance (1 hour slot) to use sauna or jacuzzi. This information wasn't provided in advance so when we arrived all slots were already taken except on last night when the place was almost empty but it got cancelled for no obvious reasons and we were told when we actually went to use it... There was no double bed. Upon request we got the mattress topper but it was stained with blood so we ended up not using it Communication needs to be improved. Besides the above spa booking issues there was no info about outdoor pool not being available. Then, one night restaurant got closed for a private function but no info provided prior to event e.g. during breakfast. Luckily there was another restaurant next door.

Delicious breakfast, nice place

The mattresses were old, so sleeping wasn´t very comfortable.
