1. The room was much smaller than described: around 12–13 m² instead of 18 m². 2. During 7 nights there was no cleaning or change of bed linen/towels. 3. Furniture was damaged (bedside table poorly repaired, toilet seat loose and without a cover). 4. Very weak lighting in the room (only one wall lamp, more like a night light than proper room lighting). 5. Bad smell from the bathroom – I informed the host, but no action was taken. 6. Very small trash bin in the bathroom, insufficient for 4 people. 7. Shared kitchen had strict working hours (closed 22:00–07:00), which was not mentioned in the listing. Once we returned late from an excursion, the cleaner forced us to leave the kitchen at 22:00 while we were still eating – very uncomfortable. 8. Wi-Fi was very weak and often disconnected, making it almost unusable. 9. Television did not match the description: small (26 inches) with only 5 local channels; all others encrypted. 10. Laundry facilities were advertised but not provided, and the host did not offer any alternative. I contacted the owner several times: first about the smell from the toilet (answer – “it’s the wind” or “hair clogged the sewer”), second about the internet. Both times – no action. I came for vacation, not arguments. When my issues were ignored, what was the point of repeating them and ruining my holiday even more? You never asked if everything was fine. Our communication was limited to greetings, nothing more. It would also help to know an international language – most guests are not Serbian speakers. I don’t need luxury, I need what was promised. The room was declared as 18 m², but it was much smaller. Broken toilet seat, broken furniture – not mentioned anywhere. You saw we are a big family, but still placed us in a tiny room, not what we booked. You should take comments seriously and improve. You got the money, but we did not get the vacation we paid for. After that, trying to accuse me is not fair.

La stanza è molto essenziale e un po' piccolina , ma pulita, come il bagno. Il BeB è in collina a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, certamente il ritorno è un pochino più lungo. Il WiFi funziona bene e ci sono due terrazze , una panoramica e una più riservata. Il proprietario è una persona cortese e disponibile. Vale certamente il prezzo .

The apartment is quite nice and comfortable. There is a lot of common spaces where you can relax and have a coffee. The host was nice and helpful.

Some stuff was past its best and should be repaired.

Cute room. Strong AC. Clean bathroom. Small kitchenette with hot plate, cutlery and utensils. Mini fridge. Comfortable bed for 2 people. 2 small and 2 big towels. 1 blanket. Strong water pressure in bathroom. Good flush tank. Owners very kind and friendly. Nice sitting area both at the back facing mountains and at frot facing sea.

Long walk from railway station, almost 2kms. Could not get a taxi. It's at the top of the hill, so make sure you have a bike or car and no luggage. Otherwise, it will be a tough hike.
