Serengeti Self Catering Apartments Perfect Stay

Our work employee recently almost stayed here and was extremely disappointed. I escorted her to check in so I could carry her luggage up a big flight of stairs. The linens were full of crud, the floors were filthy, and the windows were grimy. She is not high maintenance at all. Worse, the owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially during check-in. She failed to provide the checkin criteria properly and based on the other reviews here that seems to happen a lot. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here.

Nothing. I honestly have a huge problem with the rude owner and I want you to take accountability. We stood outside from 4 to 8 because of something that could have been fixed. I’m so mad at the owner of that apartment she’s so rude.

I didn’t like anything from the racism we experienced till we left.

The host was fantastic and responsive to any issues I made her aware of. Spacious. The complex was quiet. Wifi stays on even during loadshedding

A bit dusty, especially the single bed

It had everything we needed for a short stay.

The place itself was nice.

It took us almost an hour to get in because the host's didn't give us all the information prior to our arrival. We suffered first before we could get in the apartment and her attitude was really bad.

Perfect accomodation for my needs. Very clean apartment. Had all the comfort features I needed for my trip including standby WiFi and lights during loadshedding. Perfect location and close to shops and restaurants etc. Host was accommodating despite me booking on the last minute and extremely caring and kind. Will definitely use this apartment again when coming out to the area for more than a day for training etc

Nothing negative really to say about the property except maybe to propose a gas hob and kettle for coffee during loadshedding but other than that it’s was perfect
