CAConveniently located near bike paths, bike rental shop, cafes, groceries, beaches and 10minute walk to old town. Apartment was bright and quiet with all the basics in the kitchen. Comfy king size bed plus another room with a double and single beds. Spacious bedrooms. The host was very helpful providing information about the area and responsive to any questions.
There is no sitting room other than the kitchen but it is very roomy, as were the bedrooms, and we were out exploring all day so not a problem for us.
BEGreat location, in a quiet area, close to some very good services (baker's, pizzeria, bars, even a barber's), about a kilometer from the historic centre. Two big bedrooms, each with a double bed, one also with a single bed. Bathroom has a washing machine, which was quite useful. Very nice owners, very helpful, a lot of useful information, arrived to help within minutes (from work), when we thought we locked ourselves out of the apartment. A lot of parking spaces in the area.

BEBefore our arrival, the owner sent us all the information we should know about the appartment and the city. The appartment is very big, equipped with everything needed, with free parking just in front of it. Very close to the lagoon and to the cycling/walking path you can use to reach the city center on foot. The wonderful Feniglia Beach is very close to the house.
The only thing we missed was a couch in the living room where we could relax while watching TV. Otherwise everything was perfect!

GBWe loved our stay at this authentic Italian apartment. It is in a quiet part of town and the beds are very comfortable so we slept well. Wifi and shower work well. Everything is clean. There are a lot of mosquitoes in Orbetello but we didn't get bitten, thanks to the insect screens on the windows. Peter and Katia are so welcoming and very kind to give us lifts to the station since we were travelling by rail. It felt like we were family guests and not just tourists. I wish we were able to stay for longer.
