La úbicación muy cerca de todo lo interesante en el centro.

No me gusto el sofa cama en el comerdor y olia a sudor. Y lo peor el sistema de ílúminación desde el techo con muchos refletores con que se encendian a cada rato, con el timer malo no dejaba dormir.me tenía que pasar toda lo noche levantandome apagarla.

Appartamento situato al terzo piano senza ascensore (non comunicato dai titolari). Struttura fatiscente fino all'ingresso, ristrutturato all'interno. Siamo rientrati dalla serata e abbiamo trovato una blatta gigante in camera da letto, contattato il responsabile ha risposto solo la mattina. Non c'è ne siamo scappati soltanto perché ormai sera tardi e non avremo trovato nulla. Può capitare ma i responsabili della struttura sono stati totalmente assenti.

The location of the apartments was very central - on a pedestrian street with restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to everything. 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches. We were 11 people and rented out all the apartments. Lea was very helpful and communicative.

Not sure if this was mentioned in the description, but there is NO elevator and the apartments are on the top floor of a 4 story building. Needless to say getting suitcases up the stairs was a struggle but once everything was upstairs - it was a great stay!

Walking distance to station Downstairs bedroom and kitchen have air cons which work. Main bedroom was comfy. We were able to store bags .

I read other reviews about the top bedroom being like a sauna and I should have taken more notice . It has an old fashioned airconditioner box in that room - vent goes out through the window. It’s floor mounted and sound like an aeroplane going off - even with ear plugs . I had to drag it 30 cm away from the bed and set at 16 degrees and it still did not cool the room . The flaps on the air conditioner face the ground so it cools a 30 cm patch on floor. Very unsafe in hot weather. Do not put children in this room in heat. The apartment is on top floor - 70 steps. Poor kitchen supplies . 1 mug for 4 people . No kitchen utensils for cooking apart from knives forks and spoons .

Great place, great organisation. We did not meet anybody, but everything was organized perfectly. Very beautiful Appartment in the middle of Cagliari.

Stairways Up into the third floor are challenging when you carry a lot luggage.
