Very good and very centar

This apartment is cute, quiet, and ideally located near Flower Square, with great restaurants next door. Check in and check out were very easy. The staff were very responsive and helpful when the rental didn't work out for me. They offered me another apartment or to cancel the booking and I opted for the latter.

Unfortunately, I had to leave this apartment prematurely because there was mold growth and paint flaking off the ceiling (and during my stay, these paint flakes happened to fall onto/into the kettle). This is a result of a long-term moisture issue from inadequate air flow in this basement apartment, particularly in the shower/sink room (toilet is in a separate, detached room, which has an exhaust fan). The sugar dispenser was also occupied by ants, which often journeyed across the kitchen counter.

Dont have proper heating,tv is broken,inside smells like fog.Apartment is in basement.Checkout in 10 is also bad in my opinion.

Loved the location!

There was no proper heating on the property—just a little electric heater. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The kitchen was not well stocked, for example, there was no place to dry dishes. I just had to place them on the countertop to dry and this is not fun to do when you are staying somewhere for a week. The bedding was not adequate for winter at all. No extra blankets and such. Says it's non-smoking but the place really smells like smoke. There is no proper door between the bathroom and the living area, just a frosted glass sliding door so there isn't much privacy in that regard.
