La posizione della struttua è centralissima. Mi ha attratto la dimensione dell'appartamento su più livelli e il concetto artistico. Bellissimo il bagno spazioso con una grande doccia. La cuciana è completissima con accessori moderni e tecnologici. Ideale per passare una settimana anche cucinando. TV moderna con la quale si può utilizzare i propri accessi Netflix. Poi la gestione del cliente è veramente efficace.

Non potrei migliorare nulla. Forse un ascensore per l'ultimo piano.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. L’host è semplicemente fantastica: gentile, sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio del soggiorno, facendomi sentire accolta come a casa. La posizione è imbattibile — centralissima e perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi. L’appartamento riflette pienamente la creatività e il gusto raffinato dell’host: ogni angolo è curato con amore e stile, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e unica. Dotato di ogni comfort, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Un vero gioiello nel cuore della città!

La posizione strategica, a 50 metri dal Duomo, consente di vivere appieno i punti chiave di Modena. Staff presente e solerte. Letto molto comodo. Bagno funzionale. Molto gradite le indicazioni per i ristoranti.

Superato il portone si suggerisce un restyling dei muri del corridoio che precede l’inizio delle scale. Le scale invece sono ben tenute.

No elevator means you need to be able to navigate stairs, so consider packing light to stay here.

I really liked the position of the apartment. The house was super clean and was really cute and comfortable. There was all the appliances that you might need. The owner, Ale, was always available and polite. I really appreciated the early check in, so it made my stay even better. Definitely my go to house at the next trip to Modena.

Great location and wonderful host. Moments from Modena cathedral and a few minutes walk from the albinelli food market. Alessia was very helpful and was a joy to communicate with 😊

Location was amazing, just in the centre of Modena, walking distance from everything interesting. Best restaurants and cafe all around in less than fifteen minutes walking.

The entrance courtyard seems a bit rough, but you just need to pass through. What was a bit of a surprise is the third floor without a lift, that might be a bit of problem for elderly or people with handicaps. If it is highlighted anywhere I did not found it.
