Water park passes

So many things , not clean, noise levels are not quiet at quiet hours, pools broke, staff are lazy driving around on golf carts not friendly and not even able to stock things just mop a floor n keep everyone out the bathrooms all bathrooms at same time when ur working on one others should be open that’s inconvenience, security doesn’t stop the noise levels they just sit there n stare on golf carts act like they don’t even see or hear anything .

This is a jewel of a place for families with children up to 12 years old or for couples beyond child rearing age. It's a child's dream. Safe and many activities.

The pool is lame The bathhouse by our area when we checked in at 5 was dirty. No soap etc. However, the bathhouse by the large RVs was nice with music etc. probably easily cleaned since most stayed in the RVs and didn't use it. The water park wasn't opened even though it says it opened on May 25 . The excuse or true answer is that students work it but that's not mentioned prior to booking. Sheets in the Safari tents are fine. Blankets are gross. Bring your own pillow. The mattress was comfy.
