"Service was poor but the place was tops."

Security and electricity backup

Room was not clean by 14h00 and had to login to a virtual meeting whilst the cleaner was still there. On the last day, she came in early before checkout and insisted to change inside the apartment. The whole thing was very unprofessional!

apart from the professionalism of , who I assume is the owner, the property is top notch

Receptionist didn’t seem to be helpful although this was immediately rectified by the receptionist (who seems to have been the senior of the 2) arrived just on time
