Nou ben er misschien 10 minuten in geweest en kreeg niet eens mn toegangscode bij aaankomst vervolgens om te horen dat last moment mijn aanvraag voor late checkout ook niet werd geaccepteerd en ik had al haast voor mijn afspraak

Tea and coffee available on arrival. Jumbo supermarket and the Metro station very close by

No iron or iron board although it said it will be available. An iron was provided afterwards but it was difficult without an iron board as we traveled for a congress. The iron steam contained a lot of white powder like material which spoilt my dress. The head shower was not working and although we stayed for 6 nights it was never sorted out after complaining twice.
