We loved everything, location excellent

Finding it in the dark, we had no where to park, so had to find a car park, house was lovely little things would be nice like somewhere to hang coats, and in the bathroom somewhere to put toiletries especially in the shower

Loved the location. Quirky little place, comfortable for us for our stay.

The location was great only 5 mins walk to city centre The flat was very cosy and looked newly furnished

The toilet seat was a bit loose , stairs a bit precarious I knew there wasn’t a dishwasher but would have been handy . Also the outside lights were on in the daytime but off at night in the dark ! Maybe a timer needs resetting

The location and the facilities. Everything we needed for a short stay was there.

Being asked to empty the bins from the property and making sure cutlery was washed up. There was no mention of crockery! I understand washing up, but bin emptying was odd.

Central location which was ideal for visiting our family

The steep stairs and noisy boiler (located in the bedroom)

Excellent location. Everything within walking distance. Staff very personable, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable.

We parked legally and carefully in a large free space near to the property. Received a nasty note pinned to our windscreen from a resident who does not welcome visitors demanding we move our car. There are a few free first come first served basis parking spaces. They are for everyone. We were lucky enough to get one - with a free nasty note from a local!! The house is over 3 floors with a very steep narrow staircase that children/elderly may struggle with.
