Condado Beachfront Tantra Apartment

Location is very good, security is very good, parking, and the facilities are clean Place is ample and accommodating

Place is outdated, but the place is been renovating which is a good sign, this will be a great place to stay once is done

The location was near the beach (walking distance).

The building (Da Vinci) is in a state of abandonment, with crumbling walls, water leaks, and a foul smell at the entrance. • There was human waste at the entrance and cockroaches in the hallways. • The building is not beachfront as shown in the listing photos; you need to walk to reach the beach. • The elevator stopped working after 10 PM, forcing us to use stairs to reach another elevator in the parking area. • The master bedroom AC did not cool, so all five of us had to sleep in one room. • We were pressured to send my ID and a photo of my credit card on a dark street to get access to the apartment, which made us feel unsafe. • The washing machine emitted a sewer-like smell when used. • The beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were dirty and stained. • We ended up paying $914, much higher than initially discussed, for unacceptable conditions.

It shows a beautiful island view. The actual view is an abandoned building. The decor was hideous. The parking garage is nasty. Needs major upgrades.

Location. Quick communication with the owner

The room gives off cheap brothel vibes. It stinks of vomit and the art on the wall is quite disturbing. If you’re looking for a good location and don’t care about the esthetics of the place go for it. If you’re a family with kids stay away. Another thing is it’s not beachfront. The windows face construction zone and it’s very noisy. You can see a piece of water if you stretch your neck to look. To find the keys to the apartment is another story. We asked people on the street and they directed us to the locks. However, the street is very narrow and busy with no place to park and while I was texting the owner about the locks he said to me I need to see your ID first. I paid. You have my credit card info and he’s asking for ID while I’m stopped on this narrow street blocking everyone. I didn’t like it at all. He should have asked sooner especially that he knew the time of our arrival. We really did not like the apartment at all even though location was great. It’s totally my opinion but it’s honest and hopefully will help someone to make a decision about renting it.
