"I won't go back based on the outside look."

The cleanliness of the room, along with the inclusion of a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine (though unused by us), were all satisfactory.

Poorly maintained externally, with overgrowth. The area can barely park three cars and is very likely to damage tyres and alloy wheels. When I raised this with the host over the phone, he responded by saying, "Didn't you look before booking?" Overpriced for its very poor state and lack of sufficient parking without blocking other residents. Also, the mattress was very noisy when and the bed creaked with every roll/change of position.

We were told after booking that a security deposit had to be paid. This was not mentioned initially. Booked for 4 people, the sofabed didn't come with bedding until we had to contact staff. Staff were ultimately helpful and polite, they got bedding straight away. Cigarette ash on the bathroom floor. Shower did not look like it had been cleaned.
