AULocation was fantastic - close to shops, piazza, coffee, and restaurants. Staff was super accommodating and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Loved the classic style of the apartment.
Restaurants below were sometimes loud in the night over the weekend - no fault of the property! The double paned windows were a big help!
GBIt is a very nice apartment with all the facilities needed. The location is very good, just in the heart of the city, close to the shops and public transport.
No explanation for rubbish sorting. Lots of mosquitos in the apartment especially in the bedrooms which made sleeping difficult. The mattresses in the beds were comfortable but one bed had a metal frame which reduced the comfort as cold and not nice to touch. In one bathroom (without a shower) there was a constant smell from sewage which made some discomfort using it. The above information is not a critique, it's for possible improvement.

ROThe apartment has everything you desire from a place to stay for a short time for sightseeing, to even more. The tourist attractions were within reach of a hand. The public transport was very near, a minute's walk. In the evenings we could admire from the balconies the unique Italian lifestyle. The apartment respects the architecture of the whole area. You can feel there like a local. It was well equiped. There are two bathrooms useful for 4 people. We liked it a lot. We are going to come back soon.

Needs upkeep
AUSpacious, charming, old style, apartment. Very quirky and interesting, we felt transported back in time. The location is perfect for walking and is surrounded by cafes and bars.
It is a very old building that could do with some exterior lighting for coming home late at night.
ROThe apartment is close to the center and in a good area for tourists. The apartment was great compared to what we paid, it's old school, but quite alright for 250 euros per 3 nights.
There is a bar downstairs which has loud music until 2-3 AM. I could not sleep well for the entire trip, with earplugs mind you. If you're a light sleeper, or prefer quite time during the night, then this is not the place for you.
HUAuthentic, looks good at first sight. The host is kind. The bed and the floor was clean.
All the dishes were dirty, the drain of the kitchen sink smelled like a public toilet. the shower had a hole in the corner and spilled water into the kitchen. the cast iron bed frame is 20cm bigger than the mattress and is put together with cable ties. The air conditioner looks like it wasn't cleaned for like 10 years, it sprinkled water occasionally all over the room. The electrical wiring is about 100 years old and it kills itself if you try to operate the two aircons at the same time. There is a wasing machine, but it is plugged in with an adapter that has no ground connection, which simply could be lethal. Mold is also common sight in the apartment which is extra surprising in this climate. It's not the host's fault, but the street is truly super noisy, we woke up about three times each night - so maybe not the best choice if you want to sleep calmly.
