Very accommodating owners

Easy 10 minute walk to Brindley Place and Utilita Arena. Costcutter nearby for milk and essentials. Netflix.

Check in - difficulty getting keys. Rude staff at costcutter. No joining instructions. Communal area and lifts smelt of marijuana and curry. Quality of bedding and furniture - very poor. Creased and felt cheap. Doubled glazed unit seal broken obscuring view from flat. Shower door broken Towels - one of the towels was wet. Not sure if it had been washed or just not dried. Window - safety catch undone. Incredibly dangerous for a 2nd Floor flat. This flat is not worth the money !!

Location was reasonable although you do have to walk further than they suggest. Collection and return of keys was easy

Although they did say the shower had been damaged by the previous occupants, it certainly looked like it had been like that for a while.

The property was nice, appeared tidy and smelt nice but it could definitely use a deep clean. The location was good, not too far from everything and managed to sleep without being disturbed.

There was a few minor things such as shower door broken and door handle on front door broken, if these were fixed my rating would have been better. In need of a deep clean but other than that it was nice.

Very stylish apartment the little touches were lovely, snacks, tea and coffee and toiletries. The owner was really friendly too. Highly recommended 2 minutes walk from Brindley Place where there’s an array of restaurants and bars.
