The location was the only thing good. And price but then was a disaster the propery

As a travel agent for 45 years never seen a place the way they maintain a property. The commun place was not maintain . public bathroom dirty. And the property itself if I am going to mention everything it would be a long list.

the owner or manager showed an absolute disregard for us as clients. Weeks before checkin I wrote a very specic request to check all appliances and mechanical items and fixtures. we arrive to fine one very large roller window shades completely bound up. It was extremely obvious. A second large window shade was completely missing. These are hardly something someone could overlook. the next item is that the dryer did not work. Third issue which is insulting is that the couch and four chairs were filthy. Covered in stains and black mold. finally the bed was the single most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. the frame was broken. this place is ingored and neglected. when we asked for help they sent a maintainence man who fixed one shade and installed the missing shade. At 3:30 am that roller shade came tumbling down off it's roller scaring us half to death. I then complained. they sent him back the next morning. He told us he would be back at 3pm. He never showed up nor informed us he was not coming back. This owner is an issue, a real problem for your clients

the owner, and the maintainence dept. the biggest issue we had was the complete disregard the owner and maintenance had for us the client

I'm Panamanian and I booked the apartment for my mother in law and her friend, who were visiting Panama for the first time. I booked this place because the apartment is located in the heart of the city, where it's very easy to get around and visit Casco Viejo, la Cinta Costera, and nearby restaurants, and in a safe area. She said she was very happy with the apartment. The host was very responsive as well, and answered all my questions.

Location was great

Internet not good, not a good selection of tv channels, no blankets for the bed, the building needs to be sprayed for bugs. Kitchen was nice and big, but its missing alot of kitchen tools.
