The view from the house is nice and the house itself is big with big terrace

The house was not clean! Totally disappointed by this! I had to wash all the plates in order to use them cause they were very dirty and oily. The dish washer was dirty, the kitchen full of ants. Bathrooms also not so clean. the sofa in the living area was dirty. Very very disappointed for the money we paid! the house is not well maintained at all and it is a shame because it is nice!

The property was spacious and the bonus cottage was a great addition. Mira (in charge of getting us settled) was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Had good air conditioning in 2/3 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has no AC. The gardens were pretty and the deck was picturesque.

Warning: The property is located a little more than a mile outside of town which would be fine except it’s VERY STEEP and it’s pedestrian only roads - meaning no bus, no cars, no bicycles. If you can’t do the rigorous 20 min walk to / from the villa then you literally have no way to access it. We had my 74 year old aunt traveling with us who has knee issues and it was absolutely horrible for her. Anyone who is not in good physical condition should not book this place.

I like everything about this place. I have been here once before and loved it so much, I decided to stay again and share with friends. I feel as if this is home. Management of the apartment is above average. I can't rave enough about the villa. It is in a very quiet location, you can hear the birds. There are 2 grocery stores near (I Prefer Balbone's). Restaurants near are my number one: D'Amore, Lo Svitzio and espresso and light lunches at Bar Giardino. The addition of the little apartment was ideal for the two young ladies that were with us. My friend had the double bed and I slept in the bunk bed which was very comfortable for an adult. I will be back!

There wasn't anything about the villa I didn't like. My friend, however, would have preferred an area that wasn't quite as hilly.

Color! property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained.
