Beautiful Seafront Studio Apartment

Beautifully decorated to a very high standard. Super comfy bed too. Our host was attentive without being intrusive.

Everything was to our satisfaction. Just a small note, no freezer, so no ice with your G&T.

Lovely location. Valerie was lovely and the apartment was beautiful!

The apartment was perfect for us for our 3 days and 2 nights by the sea! Very clean, stylish, comfortable, and situated at a good midway point between both ends of the main beach. The self-contained apartment had a decent kitchen and dining area and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom was modern and had a large, comfy bed and Cable TV, and we fell asleep and awoke to the sounds of the sea, just across the road. Perfect. The owner, Valerie, was very welcoming and a delight to talk to, and we will certainly be returning on our next stay. My partner and I both agree that this was the best accommodation for us in Cleethorpes, and we have been many times over the last 20 years. Thanks for looking after our suitcases after check out, Valerie. It was much appreciated whilst we spent our last day exploring before our train home! See you again soon. 🙂

It is very hard to find a negative on this occasion.

Such a beautiful space and absolutely perfect for two people. The closeness to the seafront and town centre is incredible. The host is a lovely lady, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and checked up to see how we were doing when she saw us. I would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt.

Everything was exceptional ,the location, the view ,the accommodation, furnished, decorated and supplied with high end contents and essentials.Very good night's sleep and comfortable bed and surroundings, very peaceful too. Valerie and John are absolutely fantastic hosts ,nothing was too much and was made to feel very welcome. We can't wait to visit again, Thankyou again to you both .Please don't hesitate book NOW!!

Beautifully appointed apartment

Parking was a bit of an issue and could have done without the main road being used as a race track in the early hours of the morning

Gorgeous property, just right for two of us and had everything we needed, great location too! Valerie was so lovely and welcoming and we had a long journey so didn’t arrive until very late but she stayed up to welcome us in! Such a welcoming and lovely lady! Thank you so much x
