You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 15 EURO stay Towels: 10 EURO per person per stay Please contact the property before arrival for rental. A deposit may be required at the property.

Il posto è bello e la casa anche se un po’ rustica è funzionale, i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e sono persone deliziose. Il problema è la gestione da parte dell’agenzia.

L’agenzia è poco professionale e gestisce male il tutto, dalla fatturazione, ai dettagli di prenotazione, i servizi forniti all’interno della struttura (pari a zero), alla pulizia (ragnatele ovunque e polvere). Per non parlare poi dell’atteggiamento nei confronti dei clienti (non allego gli screenshots per motivi di privacy). È un vero peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale enorme!
