Location was great. Apartment size was great

We had no heating and very little hot water whole weekend. Maintenance brought us portable heaters. Only 1 person could shower per day. No response from management. Had to ask for deposit back.

Great location, and it's a top floor flat so you don't hear any noise from neighbours. Close to lovely parks bars and restaurants and still close enough to get to Union Street. Great that they accept pets too. Free parking provided

Collecting the keys from the office on Union Street was a bit tricky, as there are double yellow lines outside.. Additionally, we noticed the boiler was quite noisy, which might be worth checking for future guests. While there were tea bags and instant coffee sachets provided, we did miss having coffee-making equipment, such as a cafetiere or coffee machine. A dishwasher might also be more convenient than a washing machine for shorter stays. Plan to bring all your own toiletries as there's only soap bars available The kitchen was equipped with basic items, but a few additional essentials, such as a grater, salt, oil, and kitchen roll, would enhance the experience. The double bed in the room without the ensuite was rather creaky. Also when we stripped the beds before leaving, we noticed that the mattress protector in the double room with the ensuite was heavily stained. Since the laundry is done at a laundrette, this was a bit surprising.

The flas is located at very good place in Aberdeen nice warm flat with a good view.

I didn't like there were not a good responde from the emergency contact which was given to us. Not enough toilet peper only two roll for 4 people 3 nifgts, no face and hand towel for everybody,no handles in the bathroom no mirror, kitchen was dirty like cutleries, plates,tonk and more. Only one black bin bag for the our stay we could't change it because of that. One of the bed was really bad like you feel the springs when you are sleeping, some of the doors make a bad noise when you close or open it, two small shower gel and shampoo only with two small soap. The windows at the balcony were very dirty.

The host reacted promptly to solve problems or issues that came up during our stay at the apartment and was very helpful in providing us with the appropriate assistance. Since the apartment is on the 4th floor with a balcony, the views and ventilation are superb. Washed clothes could be dry in only a few hours. We were able to see the supermoon three nights in a row. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to enjoy cooking as well as dining.

The wash basin in the ensuite shower room is too tiny for proper use. The freezer was stuck with thick ice when we came in (but the problem was fixed with swift help from the host). We needed to bring our loads of luggage up to the 4th floor by staircase.

Is very Comfy and Luxury apartment. The guys who run the business are most friendly . It is a pleasure to be staying there. Is a security parking where you can keep 2-3 cars easy. Massive flat with comfortable atmosphere. Private parking . The Service is On High standards. That's what you must get everywhere. And the price wasn't big. Thanks for the Respect 🙏 🫡
