京都生まれの立場から言わせてもらえると、町屋の雰囲気を味わえるのは、やはりインバンド向けなんだろうと感じました 予約の案内の部屋間違いが、あったのでチェックインに手間取りました 事前に玄関を入ったらワイハイ登録をしてから認証手続きをする様に案内が欲しかったです docomoスマホでしたが4Gアンテナ2本しか立っていなかったです！確認されていたら、分かると思います ホテル関係の経験ですから、致命的な誤ちをされましたね

If I would ever come back to Kyoto, this will absolutely be my go-to place to stay. I loved everything about this place! The location is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, which gives you a perfectly quiet night to fully recover after a long day of walking and traveling. HoNoDo Mibu is structured into two apartments with a shared, very tiny lobby area. We stayed in the house on the right-hand side, and it looks like a traditional Japanese house but with a beautiful modern touch. ​ The Good: ​The Layout & Garden: There is a kitchen and a big living space featuring a beautiful internal Japanese garden, where you can easily cook and eat. ​Spacious Bath: While the toilet room itself was very small, the bathtub bit was spacious and offered a nice view looking outside at the Japanese garden. ​Comfortable Beds: The property has two bedrooms—one with two single beds and one that can accommodate up to four futons. We preferred to stay in the futon beds, which were fully comfortable. ​Safety & No Shoes Policy: The house has a strict "no shoes inside" policy. We left our shoes outside our entrance door, and absolutely no one stole them. ​Shops & Transit: There is a big supermarket with a huge selection called Life Supermarket, as well as a few konbinis on the way to the stations. I recall a 7-Eleven and a Daily Yamazaki, but I think there were even more. A train station is 12 minutes away, but we personally used mainly buses to move around the city. The closest bus station is a 10-minute walking distance.

Things to Note / Downsides: Privacy: The two rooms are divided by a delicate sliding door, which I guess would make privacy difficult if you choose to stay here with friends. The Stairs: It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be worth knowing that the toilet is on the first floor (ground floor) and the bedrooms are on the second floor, so every time you have to use the toilet, you need to use the stairs to go down. Check-In Process: The only downside was the check-in, which was only available to scan through a QR code only once you arrived at the place. This was a bit annoying, and I would have preferred to do it online through a link, maybe two hours before entering the premises.

La casa es perfecta para sentir que estás verdaderamente en Japón. Casa típica espaciosa en un barrio muy tranquilo y silencioso y tiene una drug store justo en frente. Hay konbini y algún restaurante cerca. Andando del transporte público a unos 13 minutos y a unos 30 min del centro. La cocina está muy bien equipada y todo estaba muy limpio. Los futones eran cómodos. La recomiendo.

Poco espacio en la encimera de la cocina para cocinar.

フロント対応などはないので自宅のような感覚で気楽に利用できる。 ミニキッチン、浴室、リビング、寝室と設備が整っており、備品やアメニティも滞在中快適に使わせてもらえた。 外観、内装も和モダンテイストで落ち着く空間だった。 徒歩1分ほどにドラッグストア・6分ほどでスーパーがあり、買い物もしやすかった。 近くにコインパーキングもある(周辺は道が細い)為、便利だった。 急な滞在の為、慌てて宿探しに困っていたが、リーズナブルに居心地の良い素敵な宿が見つかり大変助かった。

入室のロック解除のシステムに手こずってしまった。入力の機械も、押しボタン式ではなくスマホのようなディスプレイなので数字をしっかり押せているかが見えづらい。 出入りするうちに慣れてたが、初心者には少々わかりづらく、無人なので宿泊できなくなってしまわないかと不安にはなった。 事前にきちんとメッセージには記載あったが、不慣れな人向きに入り口なども注意事項などを表示してあると助かる。
