neat and tody

our first 1-2 weeks of stay the hot water system wasn't working, the smell of the kitchen sink was smelly even though its been cleaned bt the maintenance. The heat pump was not cooling however its been service when its been reported to the care taker.

Considering its proximity to Eastwood Mall and entertainment and dining, the price is pleasantly affordable. It was clean and in order. Almost everything that we could need was available.

The smell of the bleach upon entering was just too overpowering. It irritated our noses and gave me, especially, a bit of a headache. We had to leave the room for 30 minutes just to let the air from the aircon circulate and lessen the bleach odor. But at least we know it was a clean and disinfected room! We reserved for three, but only had two blankets.

"Halloween at Eastwood"

Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Clean room with necessities. Great pool. Lots to do in the area. Bonus, they allow pets, but bring their updated vaccination card. Highly recommended.

The elevators can be confusing, especially with pets. Nothing else.

Its very clean, comfy and accessible to lots of good places to go. Place is really nice.

Having 1 elevator to use. Going back to Ground floor to access other floors we booked.
