Tutto; cavi scoperti, ti rotta e sporcizia ovunque. Non è come mostrato in foto. Ho chiamato la struttura incessantemente senza ricevere risposta. Stiamo procedendo via legale per richiedere l’intero importo, in quanto, non ho usufruito dell’appartamento.

The view was nice. The water temperature and pressure were really good.

There was no toilet seat for the toilet. The door latch from the balcony to the apartment didn’t work (but the latch going to the apartment did work). There was no spare toilet paper and no paper napkins/paper towels. I messaged the host and Booking.com about the toilet seat but never got a reply from the host and got a reply from Booking.com only after 4 days.

This is a self check-in place, which i missed when i booked. When I got there I saw it was a residential building. I tried to call the phone number given. There was an italuan answering machine on the other side. I missed the way to get a response from Booking. Finally there came a lady entering the building. She told me that there were some rooms on the third floor. After some more waiting I got a message where I was invited to register into the facilities. In the end of it they provided me with the phone number of the owner (most likely). It was "+39". While trying to figure what to do I finally got a text with the info on entering the facilities. The was a rather nervewrecking experience late in the evening after a very trying day on a 15 mile trail in the Alps. During the night there was some sound in the bathroom, like a washing machine or some pump pumping water. It wasn't the one provided with the flat.

Easy game, pretty safe for your things, dormitories with a sort of privacy + shared kitchen
