The apartment was clean, the arrangement of everything was superb. Your interior made it so homely yet so exquisite. Keep it up.

The staff, I wish the lady who knocked on our door at exactly 10am to tell us that we need to check out was a bit friendlier and I wish that, that energy was also there when we had to check in because we literally spent several minutes on ground floor, having to use our own airtime to call the hotel and ask them to let us in, our stay would have been a 10 out of 10 if that lady was also ensuring that we check in smoothly.
