Stylish Central Edinburgh Apartment

Good location. Really spacious apartment. Great kitchen amenities. Nice living room.

Bed is not comfortable. The common area is dark and scary looking. Main bathroom is very large but outdated. The water heater is so old school and doesn't provide sufficient hot water. Small TV in the living room. For its high rate, we expected more.

Location was very convenient. The apartment is huge, very well appointed, and extremely comfortable. The television worked very well. The host thoughtfully left cookies, fruit, and milk for us. Large windows let in lots of light, and the apartment was generally quiet and relaxing.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to control and unpredictable. When I messaged the host asking for help with this I never got a response during our entire three day stay. The main sink in the kitchen was located far from the stove and work counter, mss as king cooking and cleaning a bit challenging. The bathroom has an odd smell. And the rental nightly rate is high, but that’s not atypical of Edinburgh apparently.

Loved everything about this apartment. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and good pillow choice. Great location! Would definitely recommend.

Not a dislike but would suggest that Instructions for heating and the television be included in the welcome book. There is mention of stairs in booking .com but it's steep and winding so just be aware you'll need two people for heavy luggage.

The apartment has everything one wishes for. It’s very roomy and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our hosts very very helpful with directions and a welcoming basket full of fruit and coffee and biscuits. The walk to the castle can be done in 10 minutes. There are excellent restaurants very close by.

Great location and very roomy. Owners left coffee and fruit for us which was very helpful. Quick walk to most attractions and tram stop.

Could only get one set of windows opened. Would have been nice to get a breeze going as it was nice upper unit with high ceilings.
