"Authentic property with super sea view!"

Cozy lovely property with vintage authentic furniture, full equipment. Far from noisy general street, good for calm relax. Balcony has a nice sea view (and a nice surprise there are few balconies 🤌). 5 min. walk to Conad shop, tabaccheria, aprox 10 min. walk to the first beach (must to know one shortcut). Also property has a parking place in Sanremo it is very important thing cause usually to find parking place takes a lot off time during the summer.
