Excellent stay. Beautiful comfortable home in a gorgeous secluded setting, but a very short drive to Fanore beach and the coast road to Doolin and Ballyvaughan. We really appreciated the extras in the house. My kids thought the visit from the gorgeous dogs and cat was the best part of our stay! No phone signal but excellent WiFi. We'd love to stay here again soon

Very close to Fanore beach. Two very friendly collie dogs. Lovely kitchen well equipped. Very peaceful .Unique experience eventhough I come from a quiet rural area.

Mattresses could be better. No phone coverage or TV channels.

A nice old farmhouse on the outside, a confortable, near new home in the inside. Very cosy, you have everything you need, also some food for a quick, light breakfast. It is located at the end of the world, so it is an absolutely quiet and relaxed place to chill.

Some small animals seem to live under (inside) the roof, in the evening and night they were running back and forth. This can be disturbing for some.

Location is amazing.

Booking.com check in and out times don’t align with the owners demands. This is irritating as you lose 6hours. Can’t be in before 4pm and must be out my 10am. Also: A lot of rules posted about how to leave the place, basically fully cleaning it before you leave. There are radiators leaking in the property. It was cold with heating turned almost to zero when we arrived. The tv is mounted in a weird corner making it unviewable for 90% of people on the couch. The living room door doesn’t close so there’s no separation if someone is in bed. The water pressure is so low as to make flushing toilets and washing teeth difficult. The beds are the oldest and most unsupportive I’ve ever seen. Bed linen is old tired and not hypoallergenic. There is a dog walking about the yard. Fine for me, but my wife is terrified of dogs. There are branches from an overhanging tree rattling against the roof constantly, so sleep is even tougher.

Fabulous, well appointed cottage very close to the burren and wild Atlantic way. Hosts did an amazing job. Would advise to make a note of key code before heading to remote County Clare where signal is intermittent.
