2beds + 2 bathrooms is good. Kitchen / dining space was adequate. A small table in front of the couch would be a welcome addition. Outdoor area had a beautiful view and was shady in the afternoons, which is nice given the late sunset. Access was fine. A little noisy due to proximity to the main road and access road to the community. Comfortable stay. Host was easily accessible to assist with check in which was good.

There was inadequate supply of toilet paper for our stay. Kitchen perishables or normal items you wouldn't carry as a traveler were not provided or in very short supply. The wifi QR code worked but I could not get the listed PW to work despite many attempts. Contact host did not offer any solutions. Could be my fault but .... Google maps struggles to find the location so some additional detail there would be very helpful.

Une bouteille et des glaçons nous attendaient dans le frigo 😊. Le logement est grand et agréable. La liiterie est confortable. La terrasse est top. Le garage est indispensable et très appréciable.

Pas de climatisation : très chaud Pas de wifi (signalé le 1er jour) La cafetière ne marchait pas (signalé). En Italie c'est un comble... Appartement bruyant à cause de la route qui passe devant (klaxons) et des voitures qui se croisent difficilement. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour tout.

This apartment was superb! The place was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The terrace had the most amazing views, it was just beautiful. We had a wonderful time here

The only slight negative for us was the small parking garage. It was difficult to negotiate and we scraped the car. However, we did have a big 4x4, a small car would be fine. There is free parking a little further up the road that we ended up using.

Fuimos en verano y no hay aire acondicionado! imposible dormir de noche con el calor! Los ventiladores eran chicos y no fue suficiente. Vale aclarar que hay que subir muchas escaleras con las maletas para poder acceder al alojamiento.

The location is a short walk away from a local shop owned by Dino and his wife Dina. There is no dedicated pavement so we had to walk along the road, ducking into doorways when motor vehicles were wizzing by; I am sure the locals are very used to this. We found it fun, as it felt like we were the main characters in an action movie. The local shop sold pretty much everything we needed to cook a great dinner and breakfast, washed down with beautiful wine. Their customer service was exceptional and it was lovely to buy from an authentic family owned business. In an attempt to find the refuse bins on our last morning, we missed the hourly bus to Como town. However, we are so glad this happened, as we went in search of a local restaurant on the Pier, called Momi's. We walked along the winding downward path through the mountains and trees, and stumbled across the owner, Momi, who served us with refreshments, even though his restaurant was not due to reopen the following day, following their seasonal closure closure. He and his 2 cute dogs, drove us strangers, to the train station in Como Town, so we didn't have to wait for another bus. Every local we met in the area was so incredibly friendly. Our stay in the area was a breath of fresh air, a reminder of our connection to both nature and fellow human beings; We can't wait to revisit.

We got a little confused trying to locate the correct apartment entrance, as the building is situated at a corner angle when you arrive, with 2 separate properties to the left and right. Consequently, we climbed up the wrong flight of stairs with all of our bags, only to have to climb back down and repeat for the correct entrance. The balcony seating wasn't very comfortable and the remnant of a used candle that had very much reached the end of its life, should really have been disposed of prior to our arrival. Instructions for disposal of rubbish was confusing; we missed our hourly bus, attempting to find all of the various bins; Locals advised that holiday rental refuse should really be left outside of the apartment for the responsibility of the owners to dispose of, to prevent tourists putting them in the wrong place. However, we this would not prevent us from staying here again.

Positive aspects: The property is located in a beautiful area with a stunning view. It was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Negative aspects: We were disappointed to be asked to clean the property ourselves after paying €900 for 4 nights for 4 people. While taking out the trash and doing the dishes is reasonable, stripping the beds and cleaning the bathrooms should not be expected from guests. Additionally, we had to pay an extra service fee that was not clearly stated beforehand. The location is not suitable for those without a car — the bus comes only once per hour, there are no shops or restaurants nearby (50-minute walk), and getting a taxi is very difficult and expensive (€35 for 4 km). We were also surprised to receive only 4 decaf coffee capsules for 4 people for 4 days — definitely not enough.

Fantastic View, terasse, large appartment with fresh design. It is very nice and quite place to stay, very beautiful view on lake was the reason why we choose it. When we arrived we were supprised how beautiful is appartment itself, with all staff inside. Since place is little bit far from popular locations and city, it will be better to have car. If you don't have, there is bus stop near it. Very very nice.
