Characteristic loft style apartment

Arrived to the apartment not smelling nice and dirty. Very dirty outside too hard to get to keysafe covered in bird poo, and rubbish/cigarette butt's on the floor. Bedding did not look or smell fresh. We had to clean surfaces and any plates and cutlery before use as so dirty. Bathroom had broken overflow and floor tile, mould by the taps and shower screen. Dangerous plug with fuse clearly missing and hanging wires from ceiling smoke alarm in lounge area. No proper window coverings so when we did get to sleep woken very early by the light. It is not located on a quiet road so very noisy. We stay at a lot of properties and this is the worst ever. Four nights of no sleep in a dirty noisy environment. We tried to get other accommodation but failed. We wanted to leave but could not find alternative accommodation. We were not local so had to stay as booked a weekend ticket for an event at the NEC. I did try to let the owner know, but they just said sorry and not interested in addressing the issues. I would suggest you book elsewhere. I very much doubt a lot of the reviews are genuine.

Quirky furniture and decoration. Was nice to have coffee/tea etc for a much needed drink when we arrived.

Key safe box was too low down and surrounded by bird mess. Needed more towels for bathroom. Would have been nice to have TV in bedroom

Very clean, comfortable and with all possible amenities. Very easy check in experience. Quiet neighbourhood. Quirky decor!!

Our only one small thing the mattress was a little bit small for the bed frame and I hurt myself on the metal frame getting off the bed

In the kitchen, there were no spare spoons along with cutlery, if that could be added it would be great.

Lovely quirky apartment. Clean bathroom. Close to the train station

Beds not so great. Sofa bed uncomfortable for the 2 children and was difficult to tell if it was actually a bed. Bedding for the sofa bed appeared to be a rug in a duvet cover. Pillows appeared old and very uncomfortable. Mattress didn't fit the double bed and metal corners on the frame were a danger.
