i was sent easy to follow instructions on where the keys was, the code for the lock box, and code for entry door .. ground floor app , just inside entry door

"A convenient base for an overnight stay."

Handy location to use as a base whilst visiting Sandwell Aquatics for the weekend.

The mattress was smaller than the bed frame and pillows on the bed.

"A very pleasant stay - all family loved the facilities."

All set up including bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom, TV & Roku, kitchen facilities and cutlery - nice coffees and teas and galaxy hot chocolate. A nice fan was provided which was very helpful. Towel rail in bathroom was good. Shower was reliable and working very well.

Left over food items from previous users Too big windows with light screen to cover - very visible from outside during day time.
