Die Wohnung ist einfach top, top, top. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terrasse (ohne Sonnenschutz) und Balkon zum Hof. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Geräte funktionieren. Die Gastgeber sind großzügig in Sachen Kaffeekapseln, Duschgel, WC-Papier. Das TV-Set bietet Zugang zu frei empfangbaren Kanälen. Man fühlt sich ab dem ersten Moment zuhause und wohnlich. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Nachbarn achten auf die Besucher im Haus. In der Gegend gibt es Supermärkte und abends ein paar alternative Bars zum Ausgehen. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen kann man gut durchlüften und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten.

Für Kaffeeliebhaber fehlt eine "caffetierra" zum Selberkochen, obwohl die Küche so voll ist. Die Nespressomaschine kann damit nicht konkurrieren. Zu beachten: Es ist kein Duschvorhang da. Die Bepflanzung der Terrasse könnte ein wenig liebevoller sein. Eine Dame im Erdgeschoss achtet sehr auf den Eingangsbereich und die Sauberkeit. Also: Keine Fahrräder durch den Haupteingang schieben! Fragt bei den Vermietern, wie man die Stellplätze im Hof nutzen kann.

"Perfect location awesome Terrace"

Absolutely loooooved the location, the balcony/terrace. It was nice having a kitchen and access to a washing machine. The space was fresh and clean and has a/c. Thank goodness, because it was hoooot while we were here. The host was very good with communication and how to get into the building. Would stay again. Loved Torino, it's such a lovely city, also public transportation is pretty fantastic and easy to get around. And this spot is close to bus stops that will take you straight into the city center

Only negative was I wished there was a shower curtain of some sorts, because I felt like I was making a splashy water mess. But that was hardly an issue.

"Very Turin-ish property, recommended!"

Location is great, in a calm and centered neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, neat, with antique pieces of furniture. The gem of the property is a terrace with amazing view. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Water system is connected to boiler, which makes hot water a bit slow to come. The building is equipped with an old elevator, and its work is quite audible, especially at night.
