Downtown Living Boutique Apartments

Good location where you can walk to buy som souvenirs or to find a good restaurant or even for a chill vibe. Both rooms were very comfortable and warm. Especially the arts in the bedroom, they are wonderful. Definitely worth every pennies!

The location is great. It took a bit to heat the room but after that everything was fine. The landlord is very friendly.

Everything was perfect.

First of all the location is very good and one of the main reasons we chose it. It is very close by to the Rainbow street, but be aware you have to go up a bit :) but this is generally what you should be aware of in Amman: your destination might seem it's just 2-3 streets away, but if you are on top of a hill and need to get to the next one, then it's a valley in between and you will have a bit of walking to do (stairs most likely included) .. but we liked it. Back to the apartment, it is also close to the Downtown area and the historical center of the city. We spent more days in the city specially for visiting more areas, so it was a very good fit for us. Then inside, the apartment is very spacious. You have 2 large bedrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of space. You have big windows with a nice view and partially can see the Citadel as well. Also a nice little living room and a cosy kitchen area. You have a good sized fridge, stove tops, sitting and eating area. The bathroom was clean, nice and modernly equipped, including a washing machine in there. Air conditioning in one room which we used for heating since we arrived here on new years day.

A temporary point to consider (irrelevant if you are coming in the summer/partially spring & autumn) : it gets chilly in the winter and not all rooms can be heated (although we had some additional heaters provided) it is not easy to heat these big rooms. However, the owner said he will install a second air conditioning soon, and this will most likely make the above point fully not relevant :)

The apartment is very spacious, neat and clean. Quite Comfortable. Excellent location in downtown - Amman Citadel, Roman Theatre, Rainbow street, souks - all are in walking distance.
