Lots of ants and flies, when asked service team, they asked to ignore these things. Also after asking for daily cleaning, the cleaning team does not come at all. Asked fresh towel, did not provide.

Most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. Service so bad you don't even get a towel. And get told by management towel and TV not working is not our problem. After begging for basics like a towel. Nothing but a brothel.

This was one of my worse experiences of travelling and staying in hotels. In my opinion this hotel is for locals, however I think Hotels.com did not check if the reviews were genuine as it gives 9. Ther is nothing good about from communication to reception location extremely unfriendly people and the hotel is in an area pack with people that are awaiting to harass. Will lodge a formal complaint with Hotels.com as I had to leave in my second day of staying.

Negative attitude and unwillingness to cooperate

Great location in the heart of the city with beautiful classic architecture. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lift made access easy. Breakfast buffet was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Delhi!

Perfect One-Night Getaway! Everything about our stay was amazing! The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our dinner at Izu was fantastic—delicious food and outstanding service, especially how the team went the extra mile to keep our little one happy. Huge thanks to Sahbazh at the front desk for his exceptional care and friendliness. Even though Bang was closed due to weather, we still had a wonderful time enjoying everything else the property had to offer. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are beautiful, and the service is truly five-star. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to returning soon—thank you all for such a memorable stay!
